Established in 1956 by Samual’s grandfather, George, the business began with a simple mission, to supply local businesses with fresh, high-quality fruit and vegetables and dependable service. George sourced produce directly from Sydney’s Flemington Markets, building strong relationships with growers and suppliers to ensure only the freshest produce reached his customers.

The business was later passed on to his son, George, who continued to grow the family legacy. With the same commitment to quality and personalised service, he strengthened long-standing supplier relationships and expanded the business while staying true to the values it was founded on.

Today, Georgies Fresh is proudly led by the third generation, Samual. Continuing the legacy built over nearly 70 years, Samual personally sources premium produce from Flemington Markets daily, supplying cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues across Sydney. By combining traditional values with a modern, reliable delivery service, Georgies Fresh ensures customers receive fresh, consistent, and high-quality produce they can depend on.
